The Rocker Dream

Yes, I do have a lot of dreams that involves my career. haha. This time, I wanna share my dream of being a singer, may it be a rocker, an acoustic singer, or any singer that uses instruments, or even none, name it. I took guitar lessons during high school, but didn't pursue it further so I only know the basics. AT LEAST I know how to play a few songs. haha. and again, the see the desperation below :)

Happy 3rd Month, Baby Boy!

Our baby boy Snitch just turned 3 months old last November 29, 2011! and because I (or we) love him sooooo much, I decided to blog about him!
We bought this chubby chubby puppy before his 2nd month, so it was our responsibility to finish all his injections and feed him healthy milk to make up for that of his mom's. He is the sweetest dog ever! He is fond of kissing anyone, even strangers! haha. All the while, I thought Chows are always lazy and bored, but Snitch is just so makulit, very very playful. and by the way, we named him after the famous Golden Snitch :))

The Ballerina Dream

I have this deep thirst of being a professional ballerina, but I guess it's not the path for me :( Yes I dance, but not ballet. My bones are not flexible enough since I'm getting older already. haha. See my desperation through the photos below. :)))

Bloggers United 2

Manila’s finest fashion bloggers will leave their laptops at home once again to attend BLOGGERS UNITED BAZAAR (Part 2) on December 3, 2011 at Treston International College, Taguig. This event is the perfect opportunity for both bloggers and their adoring readers to mingle and personally interact with each other. Fun contests and exciting giveaways from sponsors and entertaining performances from bloggers (Walkie Talkies, Reese & Vica) themselves will definitely keep this event from being dull!
I'm definitely going! You should too!

Halloween 2011: The ROBOTayaki Way

So where did I spend my Halloween?

Since two of my cousins from Cebu were here in Manila for a  very short time only, we decided to bring them to the place where every celebrity goes and talks about--- ROBOTayaki! On a Friday Night, Magic 89.9 Boys Night Out sponsored the Halloween Party and every partygoer was encouraged to wear something unusual aka a costume.

I came as the Devil’s Bride.

Office Diaries: Sporstfest Opening

This is the reason why I have been really busy the past few weeks. I didn't even have the time to blog anymore. But for DANCING, everything was worth it.
For our company's sportsfest opening, our department were asked to open the event with a 'bongga' production number, hence the very colorful props.
WE STARTED THE DANCE WITH SIMPLE COSTUMES.

Ring Madness

I have thin fingers, which makes me like rings less than any other accessories since most of them are really loose. But with the adjustable rings around, I definitely take back what I said on liking them the least.
Feast your eyes with these trendy and chic yet very affordable rings purchased from THE G VOGUE SHOP.
LEAF CONNECTOR RINGS AVAILABLE IN SILVER AND BRONZE
RIBBON RINGS AVAILABLE IN GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE AND BLACK
SNAKE RINGS AVAILABLE IN SILVER, BRONZE AND BLACK
I love everything, but the ring that caught my attention the most is the black snake ring. Which one do you like? :)
As what they say, a ring is a halo on your finger.
So go get yours now at The G Vogue Shop. Find them on FACEBOOK or MULTIPLY! :)

Office Diaries: Choco Chip Cookies

Introducing my first pair from GOLD DOT!!! I have been lusting over GOLD DOT's collection ever since I landed on their page but unfortunately, I haven't bought even a single pair because I'm not complacent with the shoe sizes, until they joined the I'm Shoe In Love bazaar. I took the opportunity to find my size so that if ever I buy online, there's nothing to worry about. :) Going back, I love how the shoes look, and how the shoes fit. Chic, classy and comfy.

Swatches: NYX Round Lipsticks (7 shades)

My addiction over NYX started when I was looking for a dupe of MAC's Ruby Woo or Russian Red for my sister's 18th birthday gift. Through the power of google, I discovered NYX lippies with great reviews saying that these can be great alternatives to high end ones, and that aside from being really affordable, you have a lot of colors to choose from, and I mean A LOT. The shades are also very pigmented. The downside is their staying power. It doesn't last long unless you use lipgloss on top of it. It also tends to be over-creamy, so using a lip brush is highly recommended.

Now these are my first few NYX Round Lipstick (since I am planning to buy more, or maybe ALL of the shades): PUMPKIN PIE, CETO, WATERMELON, FIG, LOUISIANA, ELECTRA AND EROS.
NOTE: PHOTOS WERE TAKEN WITH FLASH, AND IN INDOOR.

Wishlist Sunday 6/12

Sunday is family time, God time, rest time, shopping time, movie time, mall time, and as for me, Sunday is wishlist time! Every Sunday starting today, I will be posting my top five shoes, clothes, food, or anything that I would badly (or desperately) want to have. I will also be posting the links to where you can buy these awesome products, just in case you would also suddenly crave for them.

1. Aqua-colored pumps from VIRTUAL MAE. This is from the Lego Collection style no. 1018. I love how the blue shade is so neon, that when you pass by a crowd, these pumps will be easily seen and will absolutely stand out. Totally an eye-catcher!

Wedge-love

I used to really hate heels, but then came wedges. Now I can even wear them everyday, even in the most simple occasions. They don't torture my feet at all. Gotta love wedges!!!
This one here was inspired by Tricia Gosingtian, a famous fashion blogger. So what do you think? Achieved? Yes? Yes!!! =)))

PINK is the new BLACK

I, being an ultimate fan of Gossip Girl, have always wanted to follow Blair Waldorf's classy look. I also love Serena's fashion, but I am just more of a Blair. So I happen to mix and match dresses that would be Blair-ish. Here's one :))

Fly With Me

This photo was taken approximately 5 months ago during my sister's debut but I just feel that this should be blogged.
This dress was the most creative dress yet that I have worn. Believe it or not, the entire butterfly effect was handpainted. The petal-like bottom was formed by a thick string. There was also no thick petticoat inside. The headress was also handmade. All thanks to Kel Sampayan :) The make-up also added to the light and classy mood. Thanks to ate Syrel! :)

LEONA ART RESTAURANT

Leona is located in a house converted into a restaurant. This  restaurant is (sort of) difficult to find since it's inside a village. Good thing is, my cousin is fond of researching about delish meals (and his body speaks of his fondness. haha) from underrated restos. and when I say underrated, I meant that they should be given more attention.

Hunting for Oppas.

We actually hunted for REAL korean actors but they were nowhere to be found. But oh wait, we found some of their astral drops. :))
I felt quite bad because there were no close-ups of Hyun Joong, and he was my number one prey. :|

Seagulls-feeding

As we were on our way to Shindo Island via ferry, these seagulls were surrounding the boat. So we decided to feed them with some crackers. Dangerous, I know, for they might bite our fingers as well. But it was a rare experience so we just took the opportunity. Hihi :))

SOUTH KOREA: GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE

Gyeongbokgung Palace was the main and largest palace of the Five Grand Palaces built by the Joseon Dynasty.
The premises were destroyed by fire at the time of Japanese occupation from 1592-1598. However, all of the palace's 7,700 rooms were later restored under the leadership of Heungseondaewongun during the reign of King Gojong.
Remarkably, the most representative edifices of the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeonghoe-ru Pavilion and Hyangwonjeong Pond are still relatively in tact. Woldae and the sculptures of Geunjeongjeon (The Royal Audience Chamber) represent past sculpture of contemporary art.

SOUTH KOREA: NAMSANGOL HANOK VILLAGE

SOUTH KOREA: SHINDO ISLAND (FULL HOUSE SETGROUND)

One of the best Korean dramas ever is Full House. Agree? Yes you should :D
Too bad we weren’t able to get INSIDE the house since you need to pay for the entrance fee.
Seeing the house, all the memories of the K-drama came rolling in again.

SOUTH KOREA: COFFEE PRINCE

Will you believe me if I say that the coffee shop was still closed during 11am on a Sunday??? Bad luck for us, we weren’t able to see the interior of the shop since we had a flight to catch. So we just took photos of the main entrance.
